Adult care facility, care givers not negligent in man's death
Raheem Bauer, 19 years old, died of a rare medical condition called Ogilvie Syndrome while in the care of LADD, a top adult foster care provider in Southwestern Michigan. Raheem had cerebral palsy and required 100% assistance with all ADLs.
