Vigil set for Saturday to honor victims of shooting at Don Carter Lanes ROCKFORD — A candlelight vigil to honor the victims of the shooting at Don Carter Lanes and support their families will be held Saturday outside the bowling alley. The vigil was initially scheduled for Tuesday night but canceled because of the snowstorm that moved through the region. It will now be held at 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the north parking lot of Don Carter Lanes, 4007 E.
