Craft Beer and Trip-Hop at Factory
Somad Brewing has been receiving rave reviews in the China craft scene, particularly for their range of IPA's. The man behind Somad, Ding Ding, was drinking hard way before stepping into the craft beer world. Having formerly been lead singer of Deranged Shift, a hard metal music project which had an album released on American label Kill It By The Brick, he quotes "It was through metal that I was through metal that I managed to find a form fro my expression, it was kind of a personal form of enjoyment".
