Two fatalities reported in Route 9 accident
RANSON—Ranson Patrolman A. Black reported that on Tuesday afternoon, at approximately 1:52 p.m., a two-vehicle, head-on collision occurred on West Virginia Route 9 westbound near the Flowing Springs Connector.
