Commission received a memo september 23rd saying the federal Head Start Program selected wu yee as the existing operator for the Head Start Program. It wasnt selecting wu yee. There is a federal Head Start Program that selected the Program Operator and when that decision was made it went to the south commission which our staff have talked to those commissioners and the folks responding to that memo.
