Bronx man killed in in shooting that wounded twin mourned
Derrick Owens was outside the Bronx County Hall of Justice on E. 161st St. near Sherman Ave. with his twin, Michael, when a guman stepped up and opened fire about 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, cops said.
