Tens of thousands of people joined marches to protest against a new law, restricting the right to publish images of police. It comes after a video emerged of three officers beating a black music producer in his studio. Our correspondent, lucy williamson, reports from paris. Police are always a target at protests like this. Today, they were the reason for them. The edges of a peaceful march through paris frayed by clashes between hardline groups and the police.
