Kelicia Lyons is no stranger to running for office in Tarrant County’s Precinct 6. Speaking from her home in South Fort Worth, the investigator who collects evidence for the state attorney general described her drive to serve the public. “This area has grown a lot,” she said, referring to southwest Tarrant County.
Though a representative for the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office said the county has had a sexual assault response team since 1989, it was formally recognized by the court Dec. 13 to comply with a new state mandate.
