Maengun James Lee Randberg, 22, of Frazee has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct - victim under age 13, and gross misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to court records, on April 21 he approached a girl under the age of 11 who was sleeping in the same house, touching her inappropriately and trying to pull her pants down. The girl stayed awake the rest of the night because she was afraid he would approach her again. She was awake at 5 a.m. when a woman came into the living room, and she told the woman what happened. ....
