Updated: 11:11 PM EST Jan 12, 2021 UPDATE (Jan. 12): Nashville police have arrested a second suspect in the murder of Nashville nurse Caitlyn Kaufman, according to a tweet from Metro Nashville Police Department. Police said James Cowan, 28, was apprehended as he arrived at an apartment complex Tuesday evening.
