Wayfinder is ditching the free-to-play, live service model
Developer Airship Syndicate announced its plan to change both the name and business model of its online action RPG Wayfinder. The title will be renamed Wayfinder Echoes once the upcoming update goes live.
The studio behind Wayfinder is planning some major updates for the game, but in the meantime has decided to disable the ability to buy it.
This update also added a new fast travel system that lets players quickly go to areas they have previously discovered.
