State to provide up to $2.5 million for J.M. Smucker to build Orrville R&D lab

With the help of up to $2.5 million in state funding, Smucker will build a research and development facility 'focused on testing new product innovation and investigating opportunities to enhance manufacturing productivity,' according to a JobsOhio announcement.
