And so part of what i think the community and the supervisor is trying to do is to create some impediments, where bad actors are disincentive vised. Disincent vised. And a some point that tenant is going to be able to come back, there is a financial disincentive for them to keep that unit open as we have taken care of that family for six months or a year or year and a half.
