Clear that it is cheaper and better for citizens of San Francisco to have safe cycling. Thats just a nobrainer. Motorized vehicles and pedestrians and bikes have no business being in the same place. We have to have bike boulevards, pedestrian areas in this city. I ride valencia five to six times a week.
