Im am a daetz. Incoming chief Ann Kirkpatrick was introduced. Mayor lib bee schaaf said she wanted someone that would hold them accountable. Kirkpatrick wants to lead a Department Transformation changing the culture. Right now american policing is a very hard time to be a Police Officer, but we have a bright future, and what we need is leadership.
