We are considering for the eastern neighborhoods. We have at this point two very successful meetings with the eastern neighborhoods with cac around outlining a process about how we can Work Together to identify Capital Improvements that would be funding through the eastern neighborhoods and impact fees and using the matching funds and geo bonds and other sources. What we have discuss with the cac and Planning Department is what should the major renovation projects be that we undertake.
