Rosa's Thai Café restaurant group to open in Birmingham's Paradise development this spring
The Trispan-backed Thai restaurant group, which operates venues in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds as well as across London, will open in the £700m city centre development later this spring joining hospitality groups Dishoom and Vinoteca.
