Lemon Grove upholds denial of request for medical marijuana dispensary
By a 4-1 vote, the City Council on Tuesday told KIM Investments, LLC, that it would uphold findings by its development services department that said it could not open a dispensary in the 3500 block of Harris Street. City Councilman David Arambula cast the lone no vote.
