A woman who drove drunk and caused a rollover crash in downtown San Diego that killed her friend was sentenced Wednesday to four years in state prison.
The driver, Alexis Quintero, 24, had been bar-hopping in the Gaslamp Quarter with friend Katherine Garcia, 26, when they crashed on their way home to the Los Angeles area.
