A Baltimore man was indicted Tuesday on vehicular manslaughter charges more than a month after he allegedly sped away from police in a stolen car before crashing into another vehicle, a building that collapsed, and a pedestrian who died from his injuries.

Investigators released footage Thursday from a fatal Feb. 8 crash which show Baltimore Police officers pursuing a reported stolen vehicle that crashed into another car, a pedestrian and a vacant building, which collapsed.

The attorney general’s office is conducting an investigation of a failed traffic stop by Baltimore Police that left a 54-year-old man dead, five car passengers injured and a building partially collapsed on Wednesday night.
