Luxury apartments coming to downtown Winter Haven in 2022
WINTER HAVEN — Luxury apartments are coming to downtown Winter Haven by the end of 2022. At its meeting Monday night, the Winter Haven Community Redevelopment Agency approved incentives through a developer's agreement that will bring the RainDance project to fruition in the next two years. The incentives were approved at the City Commission meeting later that night as part of the consent agenda.
