2 Charged With Murder In Death Of Man Shot While Riding Bike In Tulsa Two men have been indicted by a federal grand jury in the death of a man who was shot while riding his bike in Tulsa, the U.S. Attorneys Office said. 28-year-old Devon Blevins and 21-year-old Jacob Banks have been charged with first-degree murder, the U.S. Attorneys Office said. In April, 36-year-old Maurice Burgess was found on the ground next to his bike near 61st and Peoria with a gunshot wound to the neck, Tulsa Police said. Burgess was taken to the hospital where he died.
