NOTRE DAME, Ind. - The No. 3 Florida State softball team (49-8) cruised to a 9-1 win in six innings over No. 22 Virginia Tech (37-18) to advance to their 25th ACC Championship game. The Seminoles will be looking for its 19th ACC Tournament Championship tomorrow and their 8th championship in the past 9 seasons. The Seminoles will play the winner of Clemson and Duke at 1 p.m. on ESPN2. The Seminoles jumped all over the Hokies as they recorded nine runs on 11 hits.
