Local Hero: Nasim Eshqi
Nasim Eshqi discovered climbing in 2005. In this story from Alpinist 85, Tom Dauer shares more about the climbing and activism that drive Eshqi, who became a human rights activist after the 2022 death of Mahsa Amini at the hands of Iran’s “morality police.”
