LUMBERTON — A man is being sought in a reported kidnapping and assault Thursday that ended in Robeson County, according to a news release from the Robeson County Sheriff's Office. The incident was reported at 4:17 p.m. Thursday near Highway 301 South and Braswell Road in Rowland.
