The Philippines has lodged a new diplomatic protest against China's maritime activities within Manila's 200-mile exclusive economic zone, the Department of Foreign Affairs said late on Friday.
“We will continue to file diplomatic protests, nevermind that we are filing 10,000 of them,” Carlos said at the Laging Handa public briefing.
