NYPD Officer and Business Owner Sentenced for Bribery Scheme Involving Tow Truck and Auto Repair Business
Michael Perri, 34, opened up a tow truck and auto repair shop in Queens after he left the NYPD in June 2020, and used his connections with officers in the 107th Precinct to pull in more than $150,000 in business, according to prosecutors.
Two of the officers, James Davneiro and Giancarlo Osma took thousands of dollars in bribes from their retired brother in blue, Michael Perri, who opened up a Queens tow truck and auto repair shop after retiring from the NYPD in June 2020.
