Avon Group acquires Edgewest Plastics, Scandura
Print BRISTOL, England—Manufacturing and engineering specialist Avon Group has made two key acquisitions in recent months in a bid to consolidate its position in the United Kingdom's industrial components manufacturing sector. Avon acquired Edgewest Plastics (U.K.) Ltd. in October last year and has most recently taken over rubber products manufacturer Scandura Ltd., Avon said in an April 13 statement.
