BLM plans to round up 20,000 wild horses each year to control population on public lands
From 2020 to 2023, the U.S. Bureau of Land Management rounded up and removed 50,000 wild horses and burros, primarily in Nevada. Now the agency says it will have to take 20,000 each year.
