Disability Inclusivity Examined
The first holistic research project to examine disability inclusivity in British workplaces has revealed significant discord in disabled people’s access to good work. Despite one in five of the UK’s working-age population having a disability or long-term health condition, the 2023 Ingeus Disability Diversity and Inclusivity Index unearths a lack of suitable and accessible roles with chance for progression.
