It rained for about 24 straight hours. in fact, it didn't even let up raining in until probably close to midnight last night. then it started snowing. the temperatures are freezing. this makes it really much more difficult for family that are trying to salvage. so not only have they lost everything and their belongings are scattered about their neighborhoods, now everything is wet and frozen and so that's been a challenge for us because it's difficult to get the splice out and get distribution running when we have such weather challenges. but even though it is going to be cold today, it is not...
