Trial date set in Hanover Twp. slaying
A trial date has been set for a New York man accused of gunning down a rival during a kindergarten graduation party more than three years ago. Tremaine Divine Jamison, 31, will stand trial on criminal homicide and weapons charges starting May 24 over the death of 29-year-old Devon Brown, Luzerne County Judge Joseph F. Sklarosky Jr. ordered. A motions hearing to discuss pre-trial matters has been scheduled for Jan. 26.
