Ibey Takes New Role With Horse Racing Alberta
Horse Racing Alberta's Chief Executive Officer Kent Verlik announced in a statement issued last week that John Charles “Chuck” Ibey has assumed the position of Director, Regulatory and Supervisor of Racing with the organization.
