Alabama News From the West Alabama Newsroom– A fourth suspect accused of trying to kill a Pine Hill police officer is behind bars tonight in Marengo County. Twenty year old Phillip Hosea of Dixons Mills turned himself in to authorities Wednesday afternoon. He was arrested and charged with attempted murder. Hosea is the latest suspect charged in a New Year’s night shootout with a Pine Hill police officer. He’s being held in the Marengo County Jail without bond. Three other suspects in the case have already been arrested and charged. ....

He sells sneakers that he designs, as well as clothing, movies, and books and the visionary designer is already looking for the next step with his shoe line. Next month, Blanks plans to release a black shoe similar to his current shoe style with a colorful bottom the T93 2.0 Black Kois. The process involves Blanks telling a manufacturer what colors, fabrics, and bottoms he would like for his shoe. The manufacturer then sends different designs, and Blanks decides what he wants based on the designs. ....
Alabama News From the West Alabama Newsroom– Three Marengo County men are behind bars tonight charged with trying to kill a Pine Hill police officer. Twenty-two year old Calvin Ferguson, Jr. 22 year old Joseph Dennis and 22 year old Jeremiah Dennis all of Dixons Mills have been arrested and charged with the attempted murder of a police officer. Pine Hill Police Chief Nikisha Gailes says the arrests stem from an incident on New Year’s night that started as a routine traffic stop. “Once the car came to a complete stop, Officer See exited his vehicle and as he was approaching their vehicle, the vehicle sped off at a high rate of speed,” said Gailes. ....
