K Annamalai took to Twitter and posted a picture of him and other senior leaders of the state unit of the party submitting the memorandum to the Governor with a huge trunk box placed over a table in front of them which had a sticker DMK files II stuck over it.
The BJP leader had in May released the 'DMK Files' wherein he made graft allegations against the leaders of the party including Chief Minister M K Stalin, his son and Sports Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin and other key members of the party. Party treasurer Baalu subsequently filed a case against him and the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate directed Annamalai to appear before the court on July 14.
