Developing smart plants is an essential trend for Vietnamese manufacturing businesses today, emphasised Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Do Thang Hai at a ceremony to kick off the smart factory development cooperation project for the northern region in 2023, which was co-organised by the ministry and Samsung Vietnam in Hanoi on July 3.
