Updated The inquest of Alex Sartain (right) was held on April 21 at Winchester Coroners' Court, following that of Cllr James Nash (left) on Monday A coroner has ruled that Alex Sartain died after a high-speed pursuit by police, following which he struck a tree at 145mph.
