The Muscatine City Council Thursday approved a project to set the bid opening date for May 13 on a project that would renovate the two lagoons in Weed Park.
Muscatine City Council unanimously approved an additional $37,000 for security cameras, but the vote was contingent on protecting the rights of the people caught on camera.
