Former County Judge Don Lymbery is appealing his June 27 conviction for violating the Texas Open Meetings Act.

KTRE 9 News in Lufkin is reporting that former Angelina County Judge Don Lymbery was found guilty on Tuesday by State District Judge Travis Kitchens for violating the Open Meetings

Walker previously worked with the City of Lufkin, where he was in charge of the street department and did other engineering jobs, as well.
