Feb. 16 meeting KEY ACTION Approved the Red Rhino Amateur football team to use Ron Hurst Field if they approve an agreement that will be prepared by Law Director Richard Fox. DISCUSSION: At a recent work session, council agreed the team could use the field with some stipulations.
