Strasburg council rejects road expansion project Barb Limbacher STRASBURG — Village Council members voted 4-2 to defeat a proposal to expand US Route 250 (Wooster Avenue) to a third lane through the village of Strasburg intended to alleviate traffic congestion. Council members Marty Zehnder, Don Wallick, Liz Dreher and Kathy Burrier voted Tuesday to end pursuing the three-lane concept. Jeff Smith and Dustin Briggs voted to continue pursuing the project.
