Good afternoon. Im sean mcdonald. This all began this morning after police say to receive reports of shots fired. Wmurs Andy Hershberger is live in candia. Andy police say they were responding to reports of a distraught woman. 12yearold was reportedly inside. There was report of shots fired to safely leave the residence and police surrounded the house. After about three hours, police say they took a 45yearold into custody. Police say she surrendered peacefully. No charges have been filed yet, according to police. Authorities say everyone including Law Enforcement is ok. No injuries involved by...
