On Sunday, April 24, The Sexual Assault Crisis & Support Center is hosting their annual 'One in Five 5K,' with also a virtual component.
We had the opportunity to speak with Donna Strickler of the Sexual Assault Crisis & Support Center's upcoming One in Five 5K. Obviously because of current health circumstances things will be looking a little different this year, though they still need your support now more than ever. The run will take place on Sunday, April 25th at First Park in Oakland and will kickoff at 9 AM. Due to COVID, they will be observing all social distancing guidelines to insure a 'COVID friendly' event. There is also the option to do a 'virtual run' and run at your own pace and location.
