Searcy County Sheriff Kenny Cassell reports that home visits conducted by agents with Arkansas Community Corrections have lead to the arrests of five Searcy County residents. Agents conducted a home visit on April 21 at the residence of 49-year-old James Douglas Watkins, who is a parolee, and 47-year-old Nellie Leann Ford in Marshall. After advising Watkins for the reason of the visit, agents began a search of residence looking for compliance checks. In the shared bedroom in a nightstand belonging to Watkins, agents located a pouch that contained multiple bags of a white crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine, a straw with white residue inside and a smoking device that contained a burned residue inside it. ....
