Cindy starting out cold, skies are mainly clear, just above the freezing mark in boston so not quite as cold in the city this morning as was yesterday morning but a lot of 20s in the suburbs. Worcester is 29 and teens showing from orange down to norwood and totten as well and lower 20s on the cape this morning. Its a cold start for sure. Its clear with High Pressure. A good amount of sunshine. The wind will be light. Were in great shape. Temperatures will come up into the mid and upper 30s and be around 40 degrees by 10 00 a. M. And mid to low 40s.
