A Court of King's Bench justice will have to decide if Greg Fertuck is able to call two witnesses back to court for questioning in the latest delay surrounding the murder trial.
Fertuck, who is self-representing, made the application on Friday, when a decision on the global voir dire at his murder trial was scheduled.
Greg Fertuck has been on trial since September 2021, accused of killing his wife. He was arrested in 2019 after confessing to undercover police officers. Now, a key decision at the trial has been put off because of his decisions.
