Two-year-old pacing fillies were in the spotlight at the Hippodrome 3R on Sunday (Sept. 25), getting tuned up for next week’s Lucien Bombardier Pace, the final stakes race of the year at H3R.
Little Diamond may be on the smaller side when compared to other harness racing horses, but the two-year-old colt has a huge heart and showed it Sunday (Aug. 28) at the Hippodrome 3R, scoring his fourth straight win in taking his division of the Future Stars Series.
Hippodrome 3R featured a 15-race program on Friday (Aug. 12) with seven divisions of the second round of the Future Stars Series for two-year-old trotters and pacers. And it was a day for the longshots to come in.
