The court proceedings wrapped up four criminal cases Cumings was facing out of Davison County, while multiple cases are still pending out of Aurora County.
“He lost his job. He lost his wife. He lost his house,” Attorney Doug Dailey said of Marco Mora, who pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor charge.
