Survey to begin on U.S. 54 in Kingman County The Hutchinson News Starting around Jan. 4, a field survey will start in Kingman County for design of proposed pavement replacement of U.S. 54 and interchange ramps. The proposed improvement would be from the U.S. 54/K-14 east junction east to the Kingman/Sedgwick county line. The approximate length of the survey, which will be based on existing alignment, is 7.1 miles. The survey is estimated to be completed by May 15.
