Dover400 lecture series to celebrate city history Fosters Daily Democrat DOVER — Dover400, a committee of residents organizing Dover’s 400th anniversary, will host a historical lecture series in 2021 chronicling the city's past. Presentations will be be held at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month starting Jan. 12. Initially, they will be held virtually by video conference. Audubon encourages you to enjoy birding safely; please follow travel and social distance recommendations from state and federal authorities. A Pacific loon was seen from Leavitt Park Beach on Lake Winnipesaukee in Meredith on Dec. 13.
